Nurturing. Dedicated. Creative. These are only a few of the words that describe the amazing teachers and staff at First Discoveries! Our teachers and staff are such an integral part of our school family. They create learning spaces, both indoors and outdoors, with engaging activities that inspire children to explore and learn. They build relationships with children and families. They nurture children's development, understanding that children's growth during early childhood becomes the foundation for a lifetime of learning experiences.
"I was born and raised in the Tampa area, and I can't imagine living anywhere else! This community means a lot of me, and our school is so blessed to have the opportunity each day to serve children and families!" Ms. Cindy, the founder of the program, is passionate about creating amazing learning experiences for children, and she loves helping teachers continually improve their abilities as well.
Our teachers are dedicated to children and always eager to learn. We attend trainings and conferences together as a School Family. When NAEYC's annual conference was in Orlando, a group of teachers attended, learning about math, literacy and STEM activities. We were so excited to bring innovative ideas back to our school so that we could better serve children and families at our school!
